Auction - Rules & Regulations

    1. Registration and Eligibility

    1.1 User Registration: All participants must register and create an account on the website before bidding.

    1.2 Age Requirement: Participants must be at least 18 years old to register and participate in the auctions.

    1.3 Verification: Participants must provide valid identification and contact information for verification purposes.

    1.4 Deposit Requirement: A deposit of RM 2,000 must be paid before the auction starts. This deposit is refundable if no successful bids are made or if the bank loan is not approved.

    1.5 Deposit Forfeiture: The deposit will be forfeited if the winning bidder fails to secure a bank loan for the purchase.

     

    1. Auction Participation

    2.1 Bidder Responsibility: Bidders are responsible for understanding the terms of each auction and ensuring they have sufficient funds to complete the purchase.

    2.2 Bidding Process: Bids must be placed online through the website. All bids are binding and cannot be retracted.

    2.3 Reserve Price: Some auctions may have a reserve price. If the reserve price is not met, the seller is not obligated to sell the vehicle.

     

    1. Payment Terms

    3.1 Payment Methods: Accepted payment methods include bank transfer, credit card, and other methods specified on the website.

    3.2 Payment Deadline: Full payment must be made within 5 business days after the auction ends.

    3.3 Deposit Utilization: The RM 2,000 deposit will be applied towards the final purchase price for successful bidders. If the bidder is not successful, the deposit will be refunded.

    3.4 Non-Payment: Failure to complete payment within the specified time frame will result in forfeiture of the bid and may lead to suspension or termination of the user’s account.

     

    1. Vehicle Inspection and Condition

    4.1 Inspection: Vehicles are available for inspection prior to the auction. It is the bidder’s responsibility to inspect the vehicle.

    4.2 Condition Reports: Vehicles are sold “as is,” and all descriptions are based on information provided by the seller.

    4.3 No Warranty: There are no warranties or guarantees provided by the auction site regarding the condition or performance of the vehicles.

     

    1. Post-Auction Procedures

    5.1 Transfer of Ownership: Ownership will be transferred to the winning bidder upon full payment and completion of necessary paperwork.

    5.2 Vehicle Pickup: The winning bidder is responsible for arranging the pickup or shipping of the vehicle within 3 days after payment.

    5.3 Storage Fees: Vehicles not picked up within the specified time frame may incur storage fees.

     

    1. Commission Fees

    6.1 Fee Structure:

    4% for bids up to RM 30,000

    3% for bids between RM 30,001 and RM 80,000

    2% for bids over RM 80,000

    6.2 Fee Responsibility: Commission fees are charged to the owner (seller) only.

    6.3 Payment of Fees: Commission fees are deducted from the final sale price before the seller receives the payment.

     

    1. Dispute Resolution

    7.1 Dispute Process: Any disputes regarding the auction must be reported to customer service within 48 hours of the auction’s conclusion.

    7.2 Arbitration: Disputes that cannot be resolved amicably will be subject to arbitration in accordance with Malaysia laws.

     

    1. User Conduct

    8.1 Prohibited Actions: Users are prohibited from engaging in fraudulent activities, including shill bidding and providing false information.

    8.2 Account Suspension: The website reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules and regulations.

    9.1 Data Collection: User data will be collected and used in accordance with the website’s privacy policy.

    9.2 Data Protection: The website employs measures to protect user data but is not liable for unauthorized access beyond its control.
